- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, communications, sustainability, or environmental studies).

- Experience through internships, volunteering, or projects involving sustainability is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish

- Skilled at producing slide decks and visual content

- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams

- Proactive and self-driven, you take initiative and follow through

- Confident working across tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, and AI tools

- A genuine interest in climate, sustainability, or purpose-driven work

### **What We Offer**

A unique opportunity to start your career at the intersection of impact, sustainability, and innovation. You’ll work in a purpose-driven team, gaining insight into how high-quality environmental impact is tracked and delivered and help scale climate and nature solutions globally.
