The Role
We’re looking for an innovative and driven Junior Sales Associate to join our growth team at Milkywire. What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted research and strategic outreach methods.
Proposal & Client Engagement: Assist in creating and presenting proposals that demonstrate Milkywire’s solutions and support sales meetings to drive business growth.
Stakeholder Mapping: Identify key stakeholders at target companies and ensure effective outreach and engagement for relationship-building and strategic opportunities.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly lead-generation targets to support Milkywire's revenue growth and business development goals.
Process Optimization: Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and workflows, supporting the continued success of lead generation efforts and future growth.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and sustainability challenges to guide outreach and ensure Milkywire’s competitive positioning.
What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a mix of business development experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability. You’ll be driven to identify new opportunities, learn from your experiences, and continuously improve your outreach and engagement strategies.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably within B2B environments.
Manage and support the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in verbal and written English; fluency in additional languages such as Swedish, German, or French is a plus.
Genuine passion for sustainability and the climate space.
