Senior Partner Manager

We are now hiring a Senior Partner Manager to lead our partner success and communications work—managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they get maximum value from Milkywire, and actively contributing to broader communications and events.
The Role
You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-sized and enterprise partners, leading day-to-day management, coordinating internal delivery, and ensuring a high level of service and value. Your job is to ensure our partners see tangible results and feel supported at every step.
You’ll also be responsible for external partner communications, including impact reporting, strategic updates, and engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on role blending project management, corporate sustainability knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring they are engaged, informed, and gain clear value from their collaboration with Milkywire.
Strategic Communication & Reporting: Lead partner-facing communications and reporting. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with partner expectations.
Advisory & Support: Provide support to partners to effectively utilize Milkywire’s resources and expertise to advance their climate and sustainability goals.
Events & Engagement: Plan and execute partner engagement initiatives, including internal and external partner events, workshops, and impact sessions. Actively contribute to Milkywire’s overall communications and event activities.
Support Growth and Renewals: Identify opportunities for growth and help the business development team prepare for renewals and expansions.
Track Partner Success: Monitor engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing issues and ensuring partner needs are consistently met.
Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Your Background & Profile
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing a strong sense of responsibility, drive, and high agency. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, capable of quickly adapting as priorities shift, and excel at building and maintaining relationships across diverse stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in partner management, client success, sustainability consulting, or as part of a corporate sustainability team.
Solid understanding of corporate sustainability, particularly climate and nature.
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (e.g. CSRD, SBTi).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence and professionalism to handle complex stakeholder interactions.
Proven ability to lead and deliver on ad-hoc partner projects, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
Highly organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
