The Role

As Strategic Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic projects and corporate partners. You’ll be the primary point of contact, managing day-to-day operations while also setting direction, tracking results, and shaping communications.

This is a hands-on role that blends project management and strategic communications. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes for partners and Milkywire.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects with clear goals, milestones, and budgets.

• Partner Management: Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized and enterprise partners, ensuring they are engaged, informed, and realize full value from their collaboration with Milkywire.

• Strategic Communication & Reporting: Drive the overall communications strategy by leading partner-facing messaging and project delivery - ensuring all outputs are clear, accurate, and aligned with partner expectations.

• Scope & Budget Oversight: Define and monitor scope of work, project plans, and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Advisory & Support: Help partners leverage Milkywire’s resources and expertise to achieve their climate and nature targets.

• Events & Engagement: Plan and execute partner engagement initiatives such as events, workshops, and impact sessions. Contribute to Milkywire’s broader communications and event activities.

• Growth & Renewals: Spot opportunities for partnership growth and support the business development team in renewals and expansions.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Work across internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and proactive issue resolution.

Your Background & Profile

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities, and drives initiatives forward with high ownership.

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, partner management, or sustainability consulting.

• Proven experience managing budgets, scope of works, and project plans in cross-functional environments.

• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation, with confidence to handle complex stakeholder interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable results.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.

• Solid understanding of corporate sustainability, particularly climate and nature; familiarity with frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, SBTi) is a plus.
